| Description: | Responsible for maintining the records on all warehouse inventory. This involves maintaining the necessary data base records, as well as overseeing the receiving and shipping of freight. Schedule and communicate to all concerned equipment deliveries to customers. Provide exceptional customer service relations and back up support to other team members. |
| Duties: | - Maintain and set up orders in E-automate by assigning equipment from inventory
- Handle the data entry into E-Automate for equipment sales orders which includes assigning the customer, serial number, Equipment ID, Accessories, Technicians, Territory and pickups.
- Stage the equipment from current inventory and update information on the sales order in E-automate.
- Transfer all shipped equipment/accessories to the branch warehouse in E-automate.
- Create, maintain, and post customer delivery schedule.
- Schedule freight deliveries and prepare bill of lading, pull and ship branch freight.
- Process the paperwork daily in E-automate once deliveries are completed and determine document accuracy.
- Coordinate equipment moves with customer and sales.
- Issue proper paperwork for equipment delivery to customer.
- Place network service calls for all equipment installations.
- Assist in taking monthly inventory
- Provide back up for the Supply Clerk
- Assume any additional duties that may be assigned.
- Follow all Company policies and safety regulations.
- Work overtime and weekends, if necessary.
- Reports directly to Inventory Manager.

| Qualifications: | Must be detailed oriented and capable of managing large amounts of data; establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, employees, and various business partners; Self motivated, strong aptitude for Microsoft office procedures. Strong interpersonal skills. Requires lifting 50-70lbs.
Education and Work Experience:
2 years' experience in inventory management for a business to business service company; OR Associates degree in business and 2 years' general experience in business to business service industry OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
